The registered T1D child
Your child living with Type 1 Diabetes, 17 years old or younger.
Parent or legal guardian
Required to attend and remain with the child throughout the entire Game Day experience.
Family or guest
An immediate family member, legal guardian, or personal family guest.
Family or guest
One more immediate family member, legal guardian, or personal family guest.
drop-off
A parent or legal guardian must accompany the registered T1D child and remain responsible for their supervision and diabetes management throughout the event.
Before you register
Important information
- Tickets are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration and approval.
- This opportunity is exclusively for registered T1D Allstars families.
- The registered child living with Type 1 Diabetes must be 17 years old or younger.
- This opportunity includes game tickets only. Parking is not included.
- Submitting a registration does not guarantee tickets.
- A T1D Allstars team member will contact you for a brief phone call as part of the registration review.
- After your phone call and final approval, your Family 4-Pack is transferred electronically to the email address you provide.
- Tickets may never be re-sold.
- Tickets may not be transferred, exchanged, or given to another person without prior approval from T1D Allstars.
- Please register only if your family is committed to attending.

All registered T1D Allstars families are invited to meet the T1D Allstars team, the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation staff, and one another before kick off.

Located at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, the Diabetes Research Institute is internationally recognized as a leader in cure-focused Type 1 diabetes research. The Foundation was founded in 1971 by parents of children with type 1 diabetes in search of a cure, and its mission is to advance science to cure and prevent diabetes and change the lives of people with diabetes.
