Why It's Special
T1D Allstars is an all-sports, all-abilities monthly meetup community for kids and teens living with Type 1 Diabetes. Each month, we host a “Sport of the Month” experience—introducing a new activity in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
From Soccer to swimming, yoga to baseball, every session is about trying something new, learning with real coaches, and making real connections--with others that get it, each meet up event is designed exclusively for kids with T1D.
Rotating Activities might include:
Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Tennis, Dance & Movement,
Pickleball, Martial Arts, Rock Climbing, Cross Fit Basics,
Surfing or Paddle Boarding, and workshops that are inclusive adaptive sports and games!

- T1D-Safe Space: Certified diabetes educators, and T1D mentors are always on site.
- Parent Peace of Mind: Parents can join casual, supportive conversations with diabetes educators during each session—ask questions, trade tips, or just feel understood.
- No Commitment: Try different sports without long-term pressure.
- Peer Mentorship: Older T1D teens and young adults mentor younger kids modeling confidence and leadership.
- All activities are tailored for every experience level --from first-timers to seasoned athletes. No pressure, just participation.
